- Purchase a new networked Level 2 or higher EV charger and submit the application within 60 days of purchase
- Rebate issued as a credit on the customer's UniSource account
- Maximum two incentives per premise, one per charger purchased for home use
- Tesla Mobile Connector, Rivian Portable Charger, WeGo Dual Volt and other mobile/portable/dual-volt chargers excluded
- Rebates not offered on used, resold or refurbished chargers
- Charger must have ongoing and stable internet connection
- Customers on net-metering Rider 4 who install a qualifying charger must transition to the Net Metering Time-of-Use rate plan

Where the federal credit went
There is no federal EV charger tax credit for equipment placed in service after June 30, 2026. Section 30C was terminated by section 70504 of Public Law 119-21. Any quote or article that nets a federal credit against your cost today is out of date — which is most of them.
